It is not long now until some friends of mine arrive from the states and I have been busy organizing their stay. I found a great place for them to stay through the boutique accommodation taupo site and managed to secure a booking for them there for the week they are here. I know they are very keen to do lots of adventure activities too, so I have booked a variety of things for them to do. Their itinerary has everything from sky diving, white water rafting, jet boating and caving to a few more relaxed things like fly fishing and kayaking to the rock carvings.
