If you are going to buy your dream boat then you should really look into ways to make your yacht unique and custom to your needs. I live in Florida so the type of materials and design of my yacht is totally different than someone who has to deal with different weather and sea conditions in the northeast. I went to a yacht design seminar and there are over 100 things you can do to a yacht to make it special to your needs and I am not talking about changing the seat cushions. Owning a yacht is a once in a lifetime purchase, I think it should not be a cookie cutter decision of what to own.
