This year I am going to take my son to his first Nascar race.  He is excited about it and can not wait for the Nascar Schedule to be published so he can start the decision making process.  I have established guidelines so that he will not get too carried away in his choices.   We have to be able to drive to it,  attend the race and spend the night,  and then get back home the next day.  I figure that in our case that will limit his choices to about six different races.  He can not stop talking about the possibilities.
