As it turned out, all the time we had spent looking for some cape town hotels was somewhat of a waste of time as a family friend of ours has a holiday home down there. I didn’t realize this obviously and had been calling around everywhere to find a suitable place. Our friends place was ideal as it has four bedrooms and there was going to be four couples staying there. We were all amazed when we got there as this house was very nice and was right by the lake. We were literally a stone throw from the water which was great as we had taken the jet skis with us.
