We bought this lovely old house two years ago, and never really went up to the attic to clean it thoroughly until just recently. Imagine our surprise when we found a huge box of gold coins up here. It was in a dirty and dusty cardboard box pushed back under the eaves. Our realtor has been unable to find the previous owners, so we are going to sell the coins at a ”cash for gold” Internet site that seems very reputable. I think we’ll just put the money in a CD or something for a few years rather than spend it, just in case someone ever comes looking for his gold.
