I am a huge fan of romance novels, especially ones that are set in Scotland. My ancestors came from there in the 1600s and I have always wanted to go visit. For my birthday the other day my husband surprised me with plane tickets to Europe. We are planning on spending two weeks in Scotland so I am looking for houses to rent in bathgate. I would prefer to stay in a house and come and go as I please rather than getting a hotel room. I’m hoping to find somewhere that we can afford. My husband keeps saying cost doesn’t matter, but I want spending money for souvenirs, restaurants and the like.
