What are some of the best fat burning diets?

Breakfast
Two organic eggs scrambled with fresh spinach, half a grapefruit and a cup of tea sweetened with stevia.
Snack
A couple tablespoons of almond butter on a celery stick.
Lunch
Broiled salmon on a bed of greens with some raw veggies. Add a glass of green tea sweetened with Stevia or a glass of water with lemon.
Snack
One apple with some organic peanut butter.
Dinner
Chicken sauteed in organic butter with garlic, half a cup of brown rice, a side of steamed asparagus, and a glass of water with lemon.
There you have it. A full menu with healthy food to help you lose weight and burn fat. Couple this with a great exercise routine and you’ll be on your way.
