Learning To Eat Different Foods!

When I was a younger I was pretty picky with what I ate and liked. had to eat liver because I was low in Iron.  It was bad and I would try to hide the bite under my plate, behind my milk glass and even try dropping it on the floor.  But, I was always found out and still had to eat it.  Even today, I don’t like it but have tried it a few times.  So, over the years I learned to watch what I eat and try different things.  I think we all need high fiber food in our diets.  It is important!
