Acai For Stress
April 30, 2009 9:45 am HealthWhenever I start to feel anxious about anything I want to eat something. And usually I grab whatever is near and start chewing on it. As you can well imagine that will often be a candy bar or something that is deep fat fried. It is not a healthy way to eat. It puts the pounds on, but, does help to keep in an relaxed state. My mom has given me several thirty two oz. bottles of Acai Ultra-Slim which is one of the Acai Berry Products. They make it from an Acai Berry puree and something they call Essentra Slim. I will be drinking this for stress instead of eating.
