Who will be the first car company on American soil to present the public with a solid all electric option that becomes a mainstream vehicle.  Will it be one of the major US Auto makers like General Motors, or Ford, or wil it be a rather unknowned American Car company like Aptera?  My guess is that Aptera may actually beat both multi billion dollar companies to the puch on this one, and in fact it could mean the demise of GM in the Long term (10 year time frame).  If smaller companies over power the larger ones in eco friendly vehicles, those larger companys will eventually go under.
