I have been looking into all my options to decide what I am going to do about the debt that I have had for a while. I just know that in order to get rid of it, I am going to have to either declare bankruptcy, or think about some other kind of drastic option. I was just talking to a friend the other day, and she told me that a great option would be for me to try doing an IVA. After reading all about it, I think that will be a good option for me as compared to bankruptcy.
