I recently decided to go back to work after spending about 7 years out of the job market.  After I had my first baby, I opted to stay at home and raise her until she went to school.  I realized that in the 7 years since I had been out of the job market, things have changed drastically.  These days, potential employers often search for their applicant’s names online to see what, if anything, pops up.  For this reason, I decided to invest in reputation management.  The firm I hired worked to get my name out on the internet so I will be seen in a positive light by potential employers.
