My son is in high school and having a blast.  He has made lots of friends and gets really good grades.  He has enrolled in a music class which was a little bit surprising.  He has always been into sports and nothing else.  He still plays sports but I am glad to see his interest in music.  He has been learning to play an alexandria doumbek.  He has a teacher that really is able to excite the kids and is very passionate when he teaches.  My son wants us to buy one for him so he can practice at home.  I want to find a good price on one since I am not sure if this phase will pass quickly or not.  I sure hope not.
