Good at Card Making

You know, grief is a funny thing. After the shock and pain wears off, you find yourself remembering all the neat things about the person, and cherishing those memories. I guess that is a good sign that the healing is under way. For example, whenever I think about my sister in law these days, I don’t think about how much I miss her. I think about how good she was at making cards, and about how much she loved her kids. It’s those things that make me smile when I think about her now, and I don’t miss her as much anymore. I just smile because I knew her.
